Yash Thakkar

My name is Yash Thakkar. I'm a young, eager-to-learn, initiative, ambitious healthcare professional with nearly three years of experience in the healthcare industry. I'm continuing my education at DeVry University in the Keller Graduate School of Management, obtaining a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management. The duration of the program will end in Spring 2024. I'm also currently enrolled in the business school of Herzing University, pursuing an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Healthcare Administration. The program will be concluded for me in Spring 2025.

I am an Assistant Administrator at Divine Home Health Services, Inc. in Des Plaines, IL. At Divine Home Health, I help the administrator and director of nursing with data analysis, processing, patient paperwork, and billing. I've also worked as an Administrative Assistant at DMJ Home Health Services, Inc. in Aurora, IL. I've partaken in numerous projects, including the creation of employee policies and procedures, DME ordering, patient and employee paperwork coordination, and quality assurance audits. My long-term career plan includes working as an administrative professional in the healthcare industry. Managerial roles are also part of my long-term career plan.
